• Certification Details
• AHA BLS - current
• **MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only
  • Job Details
  • Minimum of 3 years PERM CSFA experience.
  • Shift Time: 730am-6p
  • Able to assist in general ortho, plastics, vascular neuro, robots
  • On-Call: 1-2 times per week after shift until 0700.
  • Required to take call 1 weekend (24hrs Saturday and 24hrs Sunday) per 6 week schedule.
  • **MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only
  • **Contracted CSFA will be required to complete credentialing process through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work
